BOSTON PIZZA ROYALTIES INCOME FUND TO ANNOUNCE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2006 ON FEBRUARY 7th

VANCOUVER, BC, (January 31, 2007) - In conjunction with the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2006 financial results, the Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (BPF.UN) will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (2:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on Wednesday, February 7, 2007.

Boston Pizza International Inc. ("BPI") Chief Executive Officer Mike Cordoba and Chief Financial Officer Mark Powell will review operational achievements and financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year which ended on December 31, 2006. The Fund is a limited purpose, open-ended trust established under the laws of British Columbia to acquire indirectly certain trade marks and trade names used by BPI in its Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada.  The trade marks are licensed to BPI for 99 years for which BPI pays the Fund 4% of franchise revenues of its 266 Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada as at December 31, 2006.
