BOSTON PIZZA ROYALTIES INCOME FUND AND BOSTON PIZZA INTERNATIONAL INC. TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND 2010 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 10^th

VANCOUVER, BC, (February 3, 2011) –Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX: BPF.UN) and Boston Pizza International Inc. (“BPI”) today announced that they will issue fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 results via news release and on the Fund’s website at www.bpincomefund.com on the morning of February 10, 2011.

The Fund will also host a conference call with BPI’s President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Pacinda and Chief Financial Officer (interim) Wes Bews to discuss the results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010, which ended on December 31, 2010. The call will take place on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time (11:30 a.m. Eastern Time).

The Fund is a limited purpose, open-ended trust established under the laws of British Columbia to acquire indirectly certain trade marks and trade names used by BPI in its Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada.  The trade marks are licensed to BPI for 99 years for which BPI pays the Fund a royalty equal to 4% of franchise revenues of Boston Pizza restaurants in the royalty pool in Canada. 

The trustees of the Fund have approved the contents of this news release.
