BOSTON PIZZA ROYALTIES INCOME FUND TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2007 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 11th

VANCOUVER, BC, (February 4, 2008) - Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: BPF.UN) today announced that it will issue its fourth quarter and full year 2007 results via news release and on the Fund's website at www.bpincomefund.com on February 11, 2008.

Following the release, the Fund will host a conference call with Mike Cordoba, Chief Executive Officer and Mark Powell, Chief Financial Officer to discuss the results for the fourth quarter, which ended on December 31, 2007. The call will take place on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00 p.m. Eastern Time).

The Fund is a limited purpose, open-ended trust established under the laws of British Columbia to acquire indirectly certain trade marks and trade names used by BPI in its Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada.  The trade marks are licensed to BPI for 99 years for which BPI pays the Fund 4% of franchise revenues of its 300 Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada as at January 1, 2008. 

The trustees of the Fund have approved the contents of this news release.
