CORRECTION TO BOSTON PIZZA ROYALTIES INCOME FUND 2006 RESULTS
AND JANUARY DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
VANCOUVER, BC, February 8, 2007 - In its press release of February 7, 2007, Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (TSX: BPF.UN) incorrectly referenced the 40 net new stores added to the royalty pool on January 1, 2007 rather than the 31 new restaurants added to the royalty pool on January 1, 2006 as the source of a true up adjustment resulting in Boston Pizza International Inc. receiving 465,995 additional unit entitlements.
