About the Fund
The Fund is a limited purpose open-ended trust with a proven track record of delivering stable and growing distributions for investors since its IPO in 2002. The Fund earns royalty and distribution income equal to 5.5% of franchise sales (less the pro rata portion payable to BPI in respect of its retained interest in the Fund) from Boston Pizza restaurants across Canada.
