Correction to Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund December 2006 Distribution Announcment

CORRECTION TO BOSTON PIZZA ROYALTIES INCOME FUND DECEMBER 2006 DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC, December 15, 2006 - Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: BPF.UN) announced earlier today a cash distribution of 10.9 cents per unit for the period from December 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.  The announcement incorrectly stated that the distribution would be paid to unitholders of record at the close of business on January 21, 2007 and would be payable on January 31, 2007.  The distribution will be paid to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2006 and will be payable on January 31, 2007.
